SECOND GLASS AUTO LOADER

① Fully or semi-automatic placement of second glass.
② Automatic removal of the paper interleaf and grabbing of the second glass and hanging it 28mm above the first glass, simultaneous alignment of the two glasses and automatically combined or after the operator presses the confirmation button.

EDGE SEALING MACHINE

TRIMMING MACHINE

① Main structure: glass transport unit with alignment, trimming unit, conveyor line elevator, tail material disposing unit, vacuum system.

FLIP UNIT FOR INSPECTION

① Visual inspection of the front side of slide by turning it over 90 °, then placing the slide in initial position and output. This station is used to check for problems caused by lamination, such as air bubbles, and the back side will be checked after curing.
② Gripping units do not crush or bend slides.
③ Protected by a safety light curtain, which stops all movements when it is blocked/covered and continues only when it is restored.
④ Securely lock the module to prevent falling off during the flipping.
⑤ LED light above equipped, illumination level 1000 LUX.
